Jennifer Ouellet joins the Wenatchee Valley College women’s soccer program for her first season as head coach. Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Ouellet brings a lifelong passion for the game and years of coaching and playing experience to the Knights program.
As a player, she competed at both the club and high school levels in Saskatoon, helping her teams capture a high school provincial championship in her senior year and a club provincial title as a junior. She went on to play at the University of Saskatchewan, where she continued to develop her competitive drive and understanding of the game.
Ouellet has coached numerous teams across various ages and levels. In Saskatoon, she worked with two different clubs, guiding U12–U18 select and premier teams. Since moving to Wenatchee, she has been an integral part of the Wenatchee FC coaching staff since 2017, coaching both boys’ and girls’ teams and currently leading the 2014 Girls Pre-Academy program.
Off the field, Ouellet and her husband, Lee, have three children—Hayden, Blake, and Everly—all of whom are active in competitive sports. Their family life revolves around athletics, with soccer and basketball filling much of their time together.
Ouellet’s greatest joy in coaching comes from watching players connect, grow, and experience success through their own hard work. She is passionate about sharing her love for the sport and hopes to foster greater connection and growth within the Wenatchee soccer community, uniting groups that share the same enthusiasm for the game.
